Mashed potatoes


  • 1.5 potato flour varieties
  • salt
  • 2 onions
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • nutmeg
  • butter for frying

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil peeled potatoes until tender. Cut the onion rings and fry in butter. Crush the potatoes into a puree, season to taste, add the warmed milk and fried onions.
