Spatzle (noodles)


  • 170 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 65 milliliters milk
  • 0.5 teaspoons melted butter
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Sift the flour in a bowl, make a hole, pour milr in it, add eggs, salt and melted butter. Knead a sticky dough with a wooden spoon, leave it for 5-10 minutes for swelling. Bring to boiling the water with salt in a saucepan. When the water is boiling, form spätzle directly over the boiling water using a spätzle -maker, cook, remove spätzle as soon as they float.
