Hash browns with smoked salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram of waxy potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour
  • nutmeg
  • vegetable oil
  • 200 grams slices of smoked salmon

Preparation method (receipt)

Clean, grate and squeeze the potatoes well. Clear one onion and rub it on the potatoes. Add eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, if necessary - the flour. Spread in a well-heated oil tablespoon and fry on both sides. Cut the second onion into thin rings. Served hot pancakes with smoked salmon and onion rings.
