Fish roast with blue cheese


  • 600 grams fish (sea bass, cod, etc.), cut into cubes
  • 3 small green onions, sliced into rings
  • 3 carrots, cut into thin slices
  • 300 milliliters water
  • 100 grams blue cheese
  • 100 milliliters sour cream
  • vegetable oil
  • lemon pepper
  • 0,5 teaspoons kharissa
  • salt
  • fresh dill, chopped

Preparation method (receipt)

Fry fish in the vegetable oil until golden brown, season with kharissa and lemon pepper, remove from a pan and put in the warm place. Fry green onions and carrots, stew under a cover until half( add some water if necessary). Place fish into a pan again and add blue cheese, stir, add the sour cream, not bringing to a boil. Sprinkle with dill and serve immediately.
