Fish goulash with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 200 grams fish fillets
  • lemon juice
  • 100 grams onion
  • 200 grams fresh champignons
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • vegetable broth
  • flour
  • soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika powder
  • curry powder

Preparation method (receipt)

Clean fish fillets, wash, dry, drizzle with lemon juice and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes, add salt before frying. Cut into cubes. Chop onions. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pass onion, add the mushrooms and fry, add the fish, fry lightly and pour the broth. Dilute water and flour to thicken the sauce. Add soy sauce, pepper, paprika, curry and salt to taste.
