Winter cod with rice and a creamy Riesling sauce


  • 1 large cod fillet
  • 250 milliliters Riesling
  • 250 milliliters cream
  • 250ml chicken or fish broth
  • 1 large shallot
  • salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 200 grams mixture of basmati and wild rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil the mixture until cooked rice in salted water. Chop the shallots and saute it in olive oil, add the cream, Riesling and chicken broth, cook about 30 minutes until thick, pyurirovat blender. Cut the fish fillets into small slices, season and cook the sauce for about 5 minutes and serve with rice.
