Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash fillet of cod, marinate in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Salt lightly the fish, wrap each fillet into 2 slices of bacon and lay in the refractory shape. Pour the white wine and bake for 10 minutes. Turn off the oven, remove the fish out of there, and the resulting broth bring to a boil. Mix milk with flour and put in the broth. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes over low heat. Add the sour cream, salt and pepper and serve with the fish wrapped in bacon immediately.
