Egg salad with apples and curry

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 2 apples, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 pickled cucumbers, finely chopped
  • 100 grams mayonnaise
  • 80 grams yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoons curry
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix mayonnaise with yogurt, curry, vinegar, salt and pepper. Season the sauce remaining ingredients. Mix well.
