Frankish style potato salad


  • 250 grams potatoes
  • 0,25 onion
  • 1.5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • mustard
  • 0,5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 30 milliliters . hot meat broth
  • 0,25 bunch of chive

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil jacket potatoes until done. Peel the hot potatoes and slice. Chop finely the onion, mix with the vinegar, mustard, sugar,salt, pepper and hot broth, pour the mixture over potatoes. Let it stand for 20 minutes and sprinkle with chopped chive.
