Warm potato salad


  • 1 kilogram boiled and peeled potatoes
  • 1 bunch of radish, 1 bunch of green onions
  • 250 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut potatoes, radishes and green onions, put them in a salad bowl and mix. Add vinegar and mustard in the hot broth, pour the vegetables, let stand for 20-30 minutes, season with salt and serve.
