Season with salt, pepper, put in a heat-proof dish. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Peel the mango, cut the bone, cut into cubes. Simmer mango in heated fat 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and broth, add the cranberries and green pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the duck breast into slices and serve with the sauce.
