Chicken breast with cheesy-green crust


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 100 grams grated Emmental cheese
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chive, chopped
  • 0,5 onions
  • 250 milliliters chicken broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying

Preparation method (receipt)

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius, put the baking form in it. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Season breasts with salt and pepper, fry until golden brown. Mix cheese, breadcrumbs, some cream, herbs and chopped onion, salt and pepper. Place breasts into a form. Pour the remaining cream in a pan and bring to a boil. Sprinkle breasts with cheese mixture and add some mixture in a pan. Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes, serve with sauce.
