Cold pork

Ingredients

  • 600 grams pork fillet
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying
  • spicy mustard
  • sweet paprika powder

Preparation method (receipt)

Preheat the oven to 90 degrees Celsius. Rub the pork with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan on all sides. Remove from a pan and sprinkle with paprika and grease with mustard. Place into the oven and bake for 1,5 hours. Cool, cut into thine slices and serve with sauce.
