Franconian style cheese appetizer


  • 200 grams mature Camembert
  • 100 grams mature Brie
  • 100 grams mature Limburger cheese
  • 200 grams softened butter
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 1 handful of different herbs
  • 1 onions
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • paprika powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Mash all kinds of cheese with a fork, rub the butter and cream cheese. Chop herbs, onions cut into cubes. Mix everything and season with cumin, paprika powder, salt and pepper.
