Marinated mushrooms


  • 750 grams champignons
  • 8 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 tablespoons vinegar (sherry)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig of rosemary 1 sprig of sage
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 0,5 bunch of parsley

Preparation method (receipt)

Clean mushrooms, chop coarsely. Heat the olive oil and fry the peeled garlic and mushrooms until complete evaporation of the liquid. Pour the sherry vinegar and add herbs, bring to a boil, add salt, pepper and season with sugar. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and serve sprinkled with parsley.
