Christmas gingerbreads

Ingredients

  • 500 grams sugar
  • 500 grams hazelnuts
  • 500 grams raisins
  • 200 grams candied lemons
  • 200 grams candied oranges
  • 10 eggs
  • 250 grams butter
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons cloves
  • 10 grams potash
  • 200 grams bread crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 120 milliliters brandy
  • 3 packages of chocolate icing
  • 1 package of fresh waffles (7 cm)

Preparation method (receipt)

Grind candied fruits, nuts and raisins in a processor, pour the brandy and leave for several hours. Add the melted butter and cooled butter, eggs, cinnamon, ground cloves, sugar and flour.Mix all together. Grease waffles with the mixture and bake in the oven at 200-220 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. Grease with glaze and serve.
