Whisk the flour, milk, pinch of salt and egg yolks. Blend 25 grams sugar with egg whites until stable peaks, stir gently in the dough. Heat the baking form at 200 degrees Celsius in the oven, melt butter in it, add the dough, sprinkle with raisins. Bake for 15 minutes, divide into four parts, sprinkle with sugar and bake for another 10 minutes. Slice, sprinkle with sugar powder and serve.
