Avocado-green apple Tartar sauce

Ingredients

  • 1,5 green pple
  • water
  • juice of 3 limes
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil with lemon
  • 4 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • cilantro

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel avocado, remove pit, cut into cubes (5 millimeters), mix with lime juice. Core apples, cut into small cubes, chop the shallots. Chop ginger and chili pepper finely. Mix all with oil and vinegar. Add sugar, salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with cilantro.
