Rhubarb liqueur

Ingredients

  • 1.5 liter rhubarb juice
  • 400 grams sugar
  • 4 packages of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bottle of white rum

Preparation method (receipt)

Press juice out of 2,5-3 kilogram of rhubarb, add sugar and vanilla sugar, rum and stir. Pour in bottles and let stand for 4 weeks.
