Cold Dishes
Cook rice in 1 cup of water with broth. Crush onions and garlic. Slice tomato. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil, add the tomatoes and fry, add the tomato paste, fry gently and pour the milk (the sauce has acquired a creamy consistency). Add paprika and spices for Giros. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the rice with the sauce and serve.
