  • 500 grams red paprika
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt

  • olive oil

Cut the peppers in half, remove the core. Rub feta with the remaining ingredients and knead thoroughly until a homogeneous cream. Fill the peppers and put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.
