Grilled pepperoni


  • 500 grams medium spicy pepperoni
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • olive oil
  • For the sauce: 3 cups of yogurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Rinse pepperoni, remove the core. Chop coarsely. In a frying pan with a lid, add a little sugar, salt and water, simmer a little pepperoni, remove the lid and add the olive oil. When pepperoni will acquire a brown shade, put them out of the frying pan and fry the garlic cloves and mix with pepper. For the sauce, mix the yogurt with through a press garlic, salt and well mixed. Serve with pita bread and pepperoni sauce.
