Melitzanes Tiganites - fried eggplants


  • 1 kilogram eggplants
  • 1 cup of flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash eggplant and cut into circles of 5 millimeters thick, put in colander and generously with salt and leave for an hour. In a deep bowl pour the flour and add the pepper. Bread eggplant slices in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
