Burjondi-baked vegetables with feta cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 4 medium spicy pepperoni
  • feta cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • olive oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop finely all the vegetables, crumble feta. Mix with the oregano, salt, pepper, season with olive oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown on cheese.
