Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef steak
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut the beef into steaks at 220-250 grams. Preheat oven to 80 degrees Celsius. In a heavy frying pan heat the vegetable oil until a light haze. Very carefully lay out the steaks in the pan, fry 2.5-3 minutes on one side, add salt, turn and fry the other 2.5-3 minutes. Each steak wrapped in foil and put into the oven for 10-15 minutes. Before serving give \"rest\" in foil, served with herb butter, onion, fries and freshly ground pepper.
