Westphalian style beer soup

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 500 milliliters beer
  • 2 packages of vanilla pudding powder
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 250 grams raisins

Preparation method (receipt)

Milk bring to the boil, add the vanilla pudding powder, sugar, salt, egg and 250 milliliters of beer, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add remaining beer, sugar to taste and raisins.
