Wash prunes and place into the bowl, pour the red wine. Let it stand for 2 days (prunes must be completely covered with wine). Boil prunes on low heat and bring to a boil. You can blend it, optionally. In the another bowl whisk yolk with sugar until it becomes white creme. Whisk heavy cream until stable peaks . Mix gently cream with creme, season with cinnamon. Place the mixture into the form, cover with the foil and freeze for several hours. Remove the foil before serving, cut into portions and serve with hot wine-prune sauce.
