Westphalian style curry sauce for wurst

Ingredients

  • 10 grams olive oil
  • 120 grams tomato ketchup
  • 60 grams water, 0.5 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons beef broth (concentrated)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 0,5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix in a small saucepan all ingredients, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
