Saganaki

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • paprika powder

Preparation method (receipt)

Rinse feta, dip in beaten egg, breaded in bread crumbs. Preheat frying to 175 degrees Celsius. Fry the feta 3-6 minutes. Cut onions into slices, lemon - slices. Sprinkle ready saganaki with paprika and serve with lemon and onion.
