Ingredients

  • 600 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 20 grams fresh yeasts
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250 grams warm water

Preparation method (receipt)

In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt. Crumble the yeast, mix with honey and a small amount of warm water. Add the yeast to the flour and knead the dough elastic, add 4 teaspoons of olive oil and remaining water. The dough is necessary to interfere with long and intense. Coat the remaining olive oil in a bowl and put it the dough, leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place, covered with a film or a towel. Press down the rising dough again knead and divide into 8 pieces. Each roll into small round formation. Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
