Greek flatbread


  • 1 kilogram flour
  • 750 grams water, 80 grams olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1,5 teaspoons salt
  • sesame seeds
  • black cumin
  • 1 cube of yeast

Preparation method (receipt)

In a large bowl, mix flour, water, sugar, salt, yeast and olive oil. Knead long and intense. Leave for 45 minutes to rise again to knead (using Harvester) and leave for another 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 2 parts, each of which lay on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, form a cake 1.5 centimetersthick. Lubricate with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds and caraway seeds and bake at 220-250 degrees Celsius for 15-25 minutes.
