Winter minced meat soup


  • 80 grams mixed minced meat
  • 15 grams bacon, diced
  • 0,5 a small onion bulb
  • 100 grams broccoli
  • 100 grams cauliflower
  • 0.25 bunch of soup greens
  • 80 grams potatoes
  • 40 grams processed cheese
  • 200 milliliters vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and chop finely onion, saute with bacon until transparency, add minced meat and fry well, pour over vegetable broth. Peel greens and add in the soup. Divide cauliflower and broccoli into florets, peel and cut potatoes, place in the soup and cook until potatoes become ready. Add processed cheese, melt it and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
