Warm white cabbage salad


  • 200 grams white cabbage
  • 20 grams bacon with meat veins
  • 0,25 onion
  • 0,5 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 0,5 teaspoons salt
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • 60 milliliters warm water

Preparation method (receipt)

Finely cut bacon and fry in the deep saucepan. Add some fat, if it needs. Finely chop onion, add in the saucepan and fry, add sugar, after a few minutes add water and vinegar, bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Finely chop the cabbage and add in the saucepan with cumin,salt and pepper. Stew for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
