Vegetable broth with egg pancakes


  • 0,25 egg
  • 0,5 tablespoons flour
  • 25 milliliters milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 0,5 tablespoons dried herbs
  • 0,25 onion
  • 0,5 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 250 milliliters vegetable broth

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix egg, milk, flour, salt and dried herbs to make a smooth mixture.Heat a half of the vegetable oil in the frying pan and bake a thin pancake. Sprinkle with sesame seedsbefore serving. Heat the remaining oil in the pan and fry chopped onion. Add vegetable broth and bring to boil. Cut finely pancakes into shreds and add in the broth .
