Turkey rolls with apple sauce


  • 4 turkey breast schnitzel
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 slices of black forest ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 150 milliliters apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoons sauce thickener
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)
