  • 2 turkey schnitzels

  • For the sauce: 1 tablespoon hot mustard

  • 100 milliliters white wine
  • 100 milliliters vegetable stock

Peel and chop the onions. Cut off the excess fat from the turkey. Season with salt and pepper, brush with spicy mustard, carefully roll in breadcrumbs.
