4 small trouts, gutted and cleaned (about 200 grams each)
40 grams flour
50 grams almond flakes
2 tablespoons oil
50 grams butter
Preparation method (receipt)
Rinse with cold water trout, dry. Season inside and out. Breaded in flour, then in the almond flakes. Heat the oil and fry the trout on all sides over medium heat. Serve the trout with melted butter and lemon slices.
