Thuringian style dumplings-rolls


  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • flour
  • butter
  • breadcrumbs

Preparation method (receipt)

Shake the milk with the eggs, salt and add as much flour as to obtain a smooth and elastic dough. Roll out into a very thin layer, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Roll loaf sharpen dense, carefully tucks the seam and cut into chunks about 5 centimeters wide. Boil in salted water or broth for about 15 minutes.
