Mix dry ingredients : flour, salt, sugar and dry yeast. Heat the milk ( not hot!), whisk with melted butter and stirred egg. Add milk mixture and knead elastic dough during 10 minutes ( you can use blender or food processor) Place the dough in the deep bowl, cover with a towel and leave in the warm place to increase in 2 times. Divid the dough into small balls and place on the board, cover with a towel to rise in 2 times. Steam ready buns ( in a steamer or placed over boiling water sieve ) for about 15-20 minutes.
