Swabian style lazy dumplings


  • 1 package of dough for noodles
  • 400 grams mixed minced meat
  • 200 grams frozen spinach
  • 2 pieces of smoked sausage
  • 200 grams meat loaf
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 stale bun
  • milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.25 bunch of parsley
  • 0,25 bunch of chive
  • grated nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Soak the stale bun in the milk. Chop the onion, garlic, chive and parsley. Defreeze the spinach and squeeze well. Skin the sausages and mash. Mix all the ingredients and season. Line the dough for noodle in strips, grease with the filling, cover with another half of the dough and press tightly, cut into squares. Boil in a pot with sauce or simmer .
