Swabian style potatoe salad


  • 200 grams waxy potato varieties
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 0,25 onion
  • 50 milliliters broth
  • 0,5 tablespoons vinegar
  • 0,25 teaspoons mustard
  • 0,25 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel warm cooked jacket potatoes. Cut into slices about 0,5 centimetersthickness. Cut finely onion, mix with mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, add in the broth. Pour over potatoes and let it stand for an hour. Dress with olive oil and serve.
