Swabian style hot beef appetizer


  • 600 grams chilled boiled beef
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Slice the boiled beef and onions, peeled strips and fry in butter, season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs, add to the pan and cook, stirring, until the eggs harden.
