Stew with rutabaga


  • 600 grams smoked pork breast
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 onions
  • 1 kilogram rutabagas
  • 4 potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • garlic
  • parsley

Preparation method (receipt)

Dice finely the pork and onion, fry in the lard until golden brown, pour the water, cook under a cover for 20 minutes. Peel potatoes and rutabagas, slice finely, place into the pot, pour 700 milliliters water, season and cook for 45 minutes, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
