Spinach salad with pears and blue cheese


  • 4 cups of leaf spinach, washed and coarsely chopped
  • 2 pears, peeled from the core and cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 tablespoons walnuts, chopped and roasted

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix balsamic vinegar, oil, orange juice, garlic, passed through the press and salt. Dress spinach with received sauce and place into plates, decorate with pear slices and sprinkle with cheese and nuts, serve.
