Spicy soup with shrimps


  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 package of cream cheese with pepper
  • 500 milliliters vegetable or fish broth
  • 250 milliliters cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 200 grams shrimps
  • Tabasco
  • parsley

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and chop onions and garlic. Passage in margarine, add flour, stir, pour the broth in a thin stream. Add tomato paste and creamy cheese, salt, pepper and season with Tabasco, bring to a boil. Pour in the cream and add the shrimp, bring to a boil again and serve sprinkled with parsley.
