Spätzle with spinach


  • 450 grams spinach
  • 250 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • butter
  • grated cheese

Preparation method (receipt)

Grind the spinach, if it is frozen - thaw and squeeze. Mix flour, eggs and spices. Knead the dough is smooth. Strain through a special spätzle graters in salted boiling water and cook until they float. Serve, watering melted butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
