Sour-sweet green beans


  • 500 grams fresh green beans
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 50 grams smoked bacon, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 250 milliliters broth
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • water
  • 3 pinches of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash and chop the beans. Blanch in salted boiling water strong for about 15 minutes, discard in a colander. Fry the bacon in melted margarine, add the onion, saute it until transparent, sprinkle with flour, stir, pour the broth. Season with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Lower beans in the sauce, and serve warm.
