Soup with semolina


  • 3 tablespoons butter or melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons semolina
  • 1 liter of meat broth
  • pinch of grated nutmeg
  • salt
  • chive

Preparation method (receipt)

Melt the butter in a pan, fry a good semolina, pour in broth and cook 10 minutes, stirring, season with salt and nutmeg. Serve sprinkled with chopped chives.
