Soup-stew with green beans


  • 250 milliliters beef broth
  • 30 grams bacon
  • 40 grams sausages
  • 60 grams carrots
  • 125 grams green beans
  • 1 potato
  • 0,25 onion
  • pepper
  • thyme

Preparation method (receipt)

Dice bacon, carrots and potatoes, slice sausages. Melt fat from the bacon in the pan, fry carrots, sausages and onion, add potatoes, fry not long. Add broth, cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Add green beans and cook for another 15 minutes. Season with pepper and thyme.
