Smoked pork with sauerkraut


  • 250 grams smoked pork neck
  • 1 onion
  • pinch of sugar
  • 200 grams sauerkraut
  • 0,25 can of pineapple slices
  • 100 milliliters cream

Preparation method (receipt)

Dice the meat and fry. Chop finely the onion, suate, sprinkle with sugar, add the sauerkraut and pineapple slices(without syrop), pour cream, stew for an hour on low heat, salt to taste.
